Please Note: In order for registration to be considered complete and for attendees to receive materials onsite, payment must be received in advance of the conference. A purchase order (P.O.) is not considered a sufficient form of payment. Please ensure that a check or credit card payment is submitted along with the registration form.

All payments for registration forms originally submitted without payment must be received by May 25, 2026 to guarantee registration for the event.


Below you will find information on the qualifications for specific registration types. 

ACADEMYHEALTH MEMBER RATE 
Active members of AcademyHealth receive a discounted registration rate. Membership must be current at the time of the meeting. Renew your membership or join AcademyHealth to receive the discount. If you have questions about membership, call Member Services at 202.292.6700. View Membership Page » 

ORGANIZATIONAL MEMBER RATE 
Organizational members can designate 5, 10, or 15 individuals in their organization as “benefitting members” on their AcademyHealth account for them to receive discounted registration costs. Please reach out to [email protected] for assistance. 

DAILY RATE
The daily rate is the cost of admission for only one day of the conference. 

NEW PROFESSIONAL MEMBER RATE
Includes those who have recently graduated from an undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral program within the past 12 months. Individuals must be a current new professional member or join AcademyHealth prior to registering for the ARM to receive this rate. 

FELLOW MEMBER RATE
Eligible fellows include post-doctoral fellows, clinical fellows, and medical residents. Individuals must be a current fellow member or join AcademyHealth prior to registering for the ARM to receive this rate. 

PATIENT COLLABORATOR MEMBER RATE 
The patient collaborator member rate is available for individuals with lived experience of a health issue or condition requiring direct care from health care providers, as well as their informal caregivers. This rate is also open to patient advocates and navigators whose primary role is to benefit and represent patients' best interests, including those employed by community health clinics or federally qualified health centers.

To qualify for this rate, individuals must be a current patient collaborator member or join AcademyHealth prior to registering for the ARM.

Additionally, we offer a reduced rate for full-time patient advocates. To qualify, please email [email protected] with the name, mission, and website of your organization.

STUDENT MEMBER RATE 
Students enrolled full-time at the time of the meeting are eligible for the reduced student rate. Attendees enrolled in fellowship programs do not qualify for the student rate. Individuals must be a current student member or join AcademyHealth prior to registering for the ARM to receive this rate. 

SPEAKER MEMBER RATE
Only current AcademyHealth individual and organizational benefiting members are eligible for the speaker member rate. Poster presenters are not eligible for either speaker rate and must register for the conference at their appropriate rate.

REGISTRATION PAYMENT POLICY 
Registrations will not be processed without proper payment. Read the registration payment policy. AcademyHealth Tax ID Number: 52-1260918 

RECEIPTS & CONFIRMATIONS 
Detailed receipts can be found in “My Orders” via your AcademyHealth account, or available upon request. If you would like one, please send a request to [email protected]. Payment receipts will be sent to the email address provided on the registration form.  

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations for 2026 ARM registration must be received in writing by May 1, 2026 in order to receive a refund, less the $100 processing fee for the main ARM meeting and $50 processing fee for any pre-events, workshops, or adjunct meetings. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after May 1st. Registration fees for cancelled registrants may not be applied to future AcademyHealth Meetings.

We have been notified that scammers may be targeting our meeting attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors, attempting to sell attendee lists. AcademyHealth does not rent or sell email lists to third parties, with some exceptions consistent with accepted practices for most professional societies. See our privacy policy to learn more. 

CONFERENCE FAMILY/CHILD POLICY 
Involvement in the conference by my minor children includes, but is not limited to, event sessions and access to the exhibit hall. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times and for security reasons, no children are allowed in the exhibit hall during set up and breakdown of the exhibit hall. Attendees should abide by all meeting location regulations, including but not limited to those regarding the use of strollers, baby carriers, and similar devices.
