Dr. Loida Tamayo-Milojkovic is a senior healthcare data analyst at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Office of Enterprise Data and Analytics, Policy and Data Analytics Group. In her previous CMS role, she worked in the Office of Minority Health as a social research scientist. In her roles at CMS, she has led data-driven projects such as the Medicare Part C and D National and Contract Level Stratified Data Public Reporting Program and the development of the annual report on Rural-Urban Disparities in Health Care in Medicare. She has also conducted and led research in marketplace language preference, Medicare beneficiary healthcare utilization, and healthcare utilization for other vulnerable populations. Prior to her roles at CMS, Dr. Tamayo-Milojkovic was part of a select research team which evaluated Texas’ Medicaid 1115(a) Innovation Waiver. She received her master’s degree in public health and Ph.D. in health services research from the Texas A&M University- School of Public Health.
