This webinar featured presentations from three winners of AcademyHealth’s 2022 Health Equity DataJam. The 2022 Health Equity DataJam challenged participants to transform raw data from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services into actionable insights to bridge disparities of health, including those exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic, and to ensure equitable access and wellness for all. Participants chose from one of four challenge tracts that included Access to Care, COVID-19 and Health Equity, Kidney Care and Health Equity, and Lyme Innovation and Health Equity.
The webinar was moderated by Kristin Rosengren, Vice President for Strategic Communications at AcademyHealth, and featured presentations from three of the DataJam’s winning teams. The presenters include Steve Cohen, Ph.D., Vice President of Statistical Sciences at RTI International, Stormy Kick, Senior Data Scientist at Improvix Technologies, Inc., Christina Nguyen, Senior Data Analyst at Improvix Technologies, Inc., and Isra Sunhachawi, M.S., Senior Solutions Architect at Elastic.
