We include all records from the following organizations, as submitted by the organization:
- The Department of Veterans Affairs Health Services Research & Development (also included are relevant VA records selected from NIH RePORTER)
- The Health Resources and Services Administration Federal Office of Rural Health Policy
- The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation
- Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (also included are AHRQ systematic review records from PROSPERO)
- Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute

"Tier 2" projects
Tier 2 projects are reserved and included if record submissions fall short. Tier 2 projects include:
- Descriptions of publications (only) in the field
- Epidemiology-only
- Feasibility-only (with no intervention/evaluation)
- Development of technology of potential use, with no testing
- Data collection activities, with no analysis
Exclusion Criteria
Study characteristics and topics that are not included in HSRProj:
- Efficacy
- Experiments in labs
- Drug-only studies
- Acceptability studies
- Fidelity
- Proof-of-concept studies
- Systematic reviews or other publication-only description
