How you’ll contribute:
The IT Systems Manager will play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and executing computer-related activities that ensure the organization’s technology infrastructure supports its overall goals and objectives. This role will be responsible for analyzing the organization's technological needs, implementing and managing computer systems, ensuring information systems are functioning properly and securely, and developing and maintaining best practices for system maintenance and development.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the organization's computer systems and networks.
- Responsible for supporting the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of information systems.
- Monitor, maintain, and support all infrastructure devices, associated software and systems.
- Evaluate the organization's technology use and needs and recommend improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades, that could improve the organization’s operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies.
- Manage hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance for optimal functionality.
- Administer the Azure and Office systems including, OneDrive-SharePoint, Identity Management, Defender, Intune, Autopilot, Sentinel, and other Azure systems tools.
- Proactively troubleshoot IT issues, devise practical solutions, and enhance systems, equipment, and cybersecurity.
- Collaborate with senior staff to identify technological needs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Manage relationships with third-party partners and technology providers, ensuring they meet needs and deliver value.
- Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and audits to identify and address areas of non-compliance.
- Provides backup helpdesk IT Support by prioritizing support requests, resolving recurring issues, and improving user experience.
- Stay current with the latest technology trends and provide recommendations for improving systems and processes.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of professional experience in IT administration or related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience (e.g., vendor specific certification - CompTIA or Microsoft).
- Strong proficiency in all MS Office 365 tools, OneDrive-SharePoint, Identity Management, Defender, Intune, Autopilot, Sentinel, and other Azure systems tools.
- Strong technical knowledge of networking, server administration, software applications, network systems, and cloud-based solutions.
- Demonstrated project management experience, including demonstrated ability to efficiently plan, organize, and manage complex, multiple projects simultaneously with limited supervision or direction.
- Analytic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills.
- Strong organizational skills: ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain a system of tracking, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks and projects.
- Ability to work independently, think strategically, and effectively mitigate risks.
- Commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working environment.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.

- We are a hybrid work environment with options for remote and in-office work.

The salary range is $85,000- $90,000 and is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
