Additional Hotel Information

  • Destination Fee: All hotel reservations will have a destination fee of $30.00 plus tax applied to each night of the guest’s stay. More information about what complimentary and/or discounted services are covered by the destination fee can be found here.
  • Check-In Time: Check-in time is 4 p.m. Room assignments prior to that time are on an “as available” basis. For guests who arrive at the property and wish to check in prior to 4 p.m., there is a one-time fee of $30 plus tax. This is subject to the availability of clean rooms.  
  • Check-Out Time: Standard check out time is 11 a.m.  
  • Early Departure Fees: An early departure fee equal to one (1) night room and tax will be assessed to any guest who departs prior to the date confirmed at check-in. The fee will be automatically posted to the guest folio, on or after departure. This fee will be waived only with 72-hour advance notice from departure date. Emergency and other special circumstance situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.  

Cancellation: Reservation cancellations must be received by 3 p.m. 72 hours prior to arrival date. Any cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax.

Parking: The hotel has valet parking available on the premises subject to space availability. There are several nearby self-parking facilities. The hotel does not have any designated areas for bus or trailer parking. More information can be found here.

AcademyHealth does not have an official housing vendor and never sells contact information for our registrants to third parties. Any emails or calls claiming to be booking hotel rooms on behalf of AcademyHealth are fraudulent. All attendees traveling to one of our conferences should book their room or confirm the details of their stay with the conference hotel directly using the link and phone number on the conference hotel and travel page.
