Join us May 30–June 2, 2026, at the Seattle Convention Center for the AcademyHealth Annual Research Meeting (ARM) — the place where rigorous evidence meets real-world action. Whether you generate data, translate findings into practice, shape policy, deliver care, or experience the health system firsthand, ARM 2026 is the forum to share work that drives action in health and health care. All accepted presenters are expected to attend in person.
Key Dates
- Open Date: Wednesday, November 5, 2025

What We’re Looking For
We seek high-quality work that combines rigor with relevance and drives tangible improvements in health and health care, including projects that:
- Advance health AI with rigorous approaches for meaningful impact that consider the patient perspective.
- Further the collective understanding of trust as essential to health.
- Showcase new partnership paradigms that drive innovation and impact.
- Advance health equity and community-centered approaches.
- Engage patients, families, and community partners as leaders in research.
- Translate evidence into policy, delivery, and practice change.
- Demonstrate real-world implementation, scalability, and impact.
We strongly encourage panel submissions from multi-sector teams, community partners, clinicians, policymakers, and those who rarely see their work represented at national research meetings. Bring bold ideas, practical lessons, and partnership-driven evidence that moves health care forward.

Submission and Review Process
All presentations must be submitted to a conference theme and corresponding subtopic. Please review the list of themes and their associated subtopics carefully before submitting, and choose the theme and subtopic most closely related to your submission. Subtopics will be used to help conference organizers group accepted presentations into topically cohesive sessions and determine session placement and program alignment.
All submissions will undergo peer review. Accepted presentations will be invited to present in-person at the 2026 ARM in Seattle.
