Meet the expert team guiding the Applied Implementation Science Fellowship, from program leadership to our distinguished Steering Committee of implementation science and health research leaders.
The Applied Implementation Science Fellowship is guided by a Steering Committee of experts in implementation science, health services research, and clinical innovation. The Steering Committee provides strategic direction, curriculum oversight, and guidance on the call for applications. It includes AcademyHealth program leadership, eight independent experts, and one ex officio representative from Amgen.

Sarah Hoyt, M.P.H., is a Senior Manager of Health Systems Improvement at AcademyHealth, where her work focuses on health systems transformation and health care innovation to promote equity and improve health outcomes. Read Bio

She she currently works on the Clinical Decision Support Initiative Collaborative (CDSiC) with the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), where she contributes to efforts to advance patient-centered clinical decision support through her work on the Outcomes and Objectives Workgroup and the Trust and Patient-Centeredness Workgroup.
