Anita Bajaj, M.D., M.P.H., is a Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist who has been working as a Medical Officer at the FDA for the past 5 years. She received her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University, her M.P.H. from Columbia University, her M.D. from SUNY Downstate and completed her training in adult Psychiatry and fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at UMDNJ/Robert Wood Johnson in New Brunswick, New Jersey. She worked in private practice Psychiatry for 9 years diagnosing and treating Psychiatric disorders in children and adults, including mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, Autism and several others. She joined the FDA in 2018, working at the Center for Devices and Radiologic Health (CDRH) where she is involved in the review and authorization of digital mental health products. She also continues to provide clinical care as Adjunct Faculty at Johns Hopkins University.
