Grace Kim is a Ph.D. student in Public Administration at NYU Wagner, a T32-funded Population Health Scholar at the NYU Grossman School of Medicine, and an Adjunct Instructor at the Rutgers School of Public Health. Her research interests are in health policy and management, including evaluations of healthcare markets, value-based care, digital health and health information technology. She has presented on the uptake of telehealth amongst the Medicaid population in response to state policy changes.
