Haleigh is a dedicated professional who has made contributions in the community behavioral health field and research. Currently employed at a community behavioral health organization, Haleigh plays a crucial role in the development/implementation of Continuous Quality Improvement plans to meet the guidelines of the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic grant. With a comprehensive understanding of these requirements, Haleigh ensures that the organization delivers high-quality and evidence-based services to individuals in need.

In addition to her work experience, Haleigh is pursuing a Ph.D. in Health Policy and Management. Her studies focus on social determinants of health, gender and racial inequities, and substance use. Through her research, Haleigh aims to advance knowledge and contribute to addressing the systemic barriers that impact marginalized populations’ access to quality mental health and substance use services. She is driven by a commitment to promoting equity, reducing disparities, and improving outcomes for individuals facing behavioral health challenges.
