Jodie directs the Program Evaluation and Resource Center, a data science and clinical implementation team that develops clinical and management decision support systems to improve mental health, pain management, opioid safety and suicide prevention within the Veterans Health Administrations 140 health care systems.  Her team combines population health, predictive analytics, performance measurement, targeted education, policy, and facilitation of innovations in clinical programming towards improving Veterans mental health.  She was trained as a neurobiologist, before transitioning to mental health services research, and then national clinical operations management.
