Joshua is a PhD student in the School of Nursing at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the Associate Director of Research for the Center for the Business of Health (CBOH) at Kenan-Flagler Business School. His research focuses on turnover within the healthcare workforce, specifically applying management and organizational theory to better understand turnover antecedents in behavioral health nursing. Prior to joining UNC, Joshua worked as a nursing program manager in procurement and supply chain at Duke University Health System. Clinically, he has experience as a registered nurse in interventional radiology and emergency medicine.
