Letitia Dzirasa, MD is a Baltimore-based pediatrician and the Health Innovation Officer at Fearless Solutions (Fearless). Fearless is a digital services firm specializing in Agile Development, DevOps/Cloud, Agile Coaching, Geospatial Software Engineering, Data Analytics/Data Visualization and Human Centered Design. As Health Innovation Officer, Dr. Dzirasa leads all Healthcare IT efforts at Fearless.  Fearless directly supports the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid's Blue Button 2.0 API development and Accountable Care Organizations Beneficiary Claims Data API development.  Fearless also supports the Baltimore City Health Department and built their first death data dashboard to track deaths across the city. In May 2018, Fearless was selected to build a social needs screening platform and resource directory to be utilized by healthcare facilities across Baltimore to navigate Medicare and Medicaid patients to local community based resources. This work is supported by the Accountable Health Communities grant provided to the Baltimore City Health Department and Healthcare Access Maryland through the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation.  In her role as Health Innovation Officer, Dr. Dzirasa also consulted for Maryland Medicaid as Medical Director for Utilization Review from 2016-2018.  Prior to joining Fearless in 2016, Dr. Dzirasa was Medical Director for School-based health and Medical Director of Quality at Baltimore Medical System, the largest Federally Qualified Health Center in Baltimore.
