Pamela DeGuzman, PhD, MBA, RN, is a Nurse Scientist at Inova Health System, Associate Editor of Nurse Leader, and co-owner of DeGuzman & Halm Nursing Innovations, LLC. Her research focuses on nursing implementation science, evidence-based practice, and the organizational factors that influence the implementation and sustainability of evidence in clinical settings.
Dr. DeGuzman is the founder and lead of the Nursing Implementation Science Collaborative (NISCo), an international research collaborative focused on advancing nursing implementation science and fostering multisite research. She earned her PhD in Nursing and MBA from the University of Virginia.
