Tatiane Santos is an assistant professor at Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. She holds an Adjunct Senior Fellow appointment at the University of Pennsylvania Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics. Santos is a fellow of AcademyHealth Public Voices Fellowship in partnership with the OpEd Project; and a member of the board of directors for the Louisiana Public Health Institute. She holds a PhD in health services research from the Colorado School of Public Health and an MPH from Boston University School of Public Health.

Santos received a 5-year National Institutes of Health career development K01 award from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. She also leads a study on behavioral health and substance use integration in primary care, and the development of the CO Population Data Dashboard.
