Reservations via Phone: Please call 1-800 228 9290 and identify yourself as an attendee of the AcademyHealth Health Datapalooza Meeting to get the special discounted rate of $319.00 single/double occupancy per night plus 15.95% occupancy tax, based upon availability.

Reservations must be made no later than Friday, August 16, 2024, to qualify for the discounted room rate. The rate is available based on a first-come, first-served basis, and the cut-off is a guideline and not a guarantee of availability. Each reservation must be guaranteed with first night's room and tax by cash or credit card, and deposits will be charged immediately.  

Individual Guest Room Cancellation: Guests wishing to cancel their reservations should inform the hotel no later than 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid the cancellation fee of one night at the room rate, plus tax. Be sure to obtain a cancellation number.                 


Daily: $48.00 (Daily fee includes in/out privileges). Garage-height clearance 6 ft 4 in.  

Valet: $65.00  

All pricing is subject to appropriate D.C. taxes.
