Parking: The hotel has valet parking available on the premises subject to space availability. There are several nearby self-parking facilities. The hotel does not have any designated areas for bus or trailer parking. More information can be found here.

Metro: Metro Center (Red, Blue, Orange, and Silver lines) is the closest station to the hotel. Federal Triangle (Blue, Orange, and Silver lines) is the closest stop to the Ronald Reagan Building.

Airports:

  • Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport is located 4.6 miles from the hotel.
  • Washington Dulles International Airport is located 27.6 miles from the hotel.
  • Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport is located 44 miles from the hotel.

Kick-Off Reception


Join your fellow Health Datapalooza attendees, speakers, and exhibitors for a reception on Thursday, September 4 from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. ET in the Atrium on the Concourse level of the Ronald Reagan Building. Kickstart the conference with an evening of networking, hors d’oeuvres, and beverages.

Registration Location & Hours


The registration desk is located at the top of the Atrium stairs right inside the 14th Street Entrance into the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center.

Registration Hours:

  • Thursday, September 4: 3:30 p.m. –  6:00 p.m. ET
  • Friday, September 5: 7:00 a.m. –  4:30 p.m. ET

Badges are required for all Health Datapalooza activities. Badges should be worn at all times during the conference but remember to remove your badge before leaving the venue.

QR Codes

Attendees can pick up their badges using their last name or a QR code that will be sent to each attendee via email prior to the conference. Please have your QR code ready as you approach registration.

Display Table Forum Hours


The display table forum gives Health Datapalooza attendees the opportunity to meet and network with organizations working across the health data and health policy spectrum. Make sure to visit the forum during the following hours:

Pitch Tents


Health Datapalooza pitch tents provide organizations the opportunity to do a brief presentation on a topic of interest or the work they have been doing that is relevant to the conference audience.

Attend a pitch tent on Friday, September 5 from 12:15 – 1:00 p.m. ET in Meridian D&E on the Concourse level of the Ronald Reagan Building.

Nursing Room


A nursing room is available within the amphitheater foyer space on the Concourse level (behind the Hemisphere A meeting room). Please visit the registration desk for instructions to access the room. The room locks from the inside and includes soft seating and a refrigerator.
