Jin Jun is a PhD candidate at the New York University Rory Meyers College of Nursing. She is a past Hermann Biggs Health Policy scholar and currently funded with the T42 training grant in occupational and environmental health nursing by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH). Her research interests include health workforce, occupational psychology, health outcomes, and evidence based practice. Her dissertation focuses on micro-level organizational culture and the use of evidence-based practice among nurses in hospitals. Jin is also a yoga teacher and a two-time NYC marathon finisher.
