Colette Croze is a private consultant specializing in public resource management, focusing on purchasing and design options for managed systems of care, integrated health strategies, and performance measurement. Many of her consulting engagements have involved the development of federal Medicaid Waivers and Medicaid State Plan Amendments. Most recent engagements have included providing coaching and technical assistance under several CMS Innovation Accelerator Programs (IAP) focused on Substance Use Disorders, Long Term Services and Supports, Physical/Mental Healthcare Integration and Data Analytics. She’s held senior management positions in both Missouri's and Illinois' behavioral health systems and worked for the National Association of State Mental Health Program Directors (NASMHPD). Ms. Croze received a Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
