Dr. Blumberg has over 25 years of experience designing and conducting retrospective studies utilizing administrative claims, EMR, and chart review data addressing all aspects of health economics and outcomes research (HEOR). She serves as the real-world data and HEOR subject matter expert within TriNetX and is responsible for identifying new ways TriNetX customers can leverage Dataworks and other real-world data sources to answer their research and stakeholder questions. Her focus has been on providing real world evidence of program and product performance to payers, providers, and policy makers. Her professional career includes 10 years of HEOR consulting with life sciences companies and 13 years with a large pharmaceutical manufacturer supporting all aspects of RWE and the launch of a company-wide health and wellness program.  Dr Blumberg received her BS in biology from the University of Connecticut, her MPH in biostatistics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and her DrPH in health policy and management from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. Co-authoring over 50 peer-reviewed manuscripts she is a long-standing member of AcademyHealth and ISPOR and serves as a peer reviewer for JAMA, AJMC, AJPB, Medical Care, and Pharmacoepidemiology & Drug Safety.
