Dr. Marcela Cámpoli is a multicultural, mission-driven professional with over fifteen years of local and international experience in implementing evidence-based practices to enhance program performance and support strategic program change management. She has a proven track record in leading teams, serving underserved and at-risk populations, and developing measurable analytics to monitor the performance of innovative projects.

Her expertise spans the global health and education sectors, providing regulatory and technical knowledge in digital health, virtual care services, data analytics, and clinical research coordination and management. Dr. Cámpoli also has significant experience in project development in health economics, health administration, quality improvement management, population health, and global quality monitoring. Bilingual in Spanish and English, Dr. Cámpoli holds a doctorate in health economics (summa cum laude), a master’s degree in health administration, and a baccalaureate degree in business administration (BBA). She is certified by the American Society for Quality as a Quality Improvement/Performance Manager and completed a WHO/PAHO International Health residency. Additionally, she recently served as Lead Coach in Georgetown University’s Bias Reduction Improvement Program (BRIC). 

Currently, Dr. Cámpoli serves as the Director of the Institute for Nursing Research & Quality Management at the ANA Enterprise. She is also the Research and Operations Coordinator for the Psychiatry Department Research Division at Georgetown University. In the community, she serves as a Montgomery County Council on Health Commissioner, Chair of the Latino Health Steering Committee of Montgomery County, and Board Member of the Welcome Back Center within the Latino Health Initiative. Additionally, she chairs the Board of Directors for Cares4Health, a pro-bono organization dedicated to providing access to high-quality healthcare for immigrants and uninsured individuals.
