E. Camille Vaughan, M.D., M.S. is an Associate Professor and Division Director in the Emory University Department of Medicine, Division of Geriatrics and Gerontology. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee and her M.D. and M.S. (clinical research) degrees from Emory University. Dr. Vaughan has a joint appointment as the Atlanta Site Director for the Department of Veterans Affairs Birmingham/Atlanta Geriatric Research Education and Clinical Center (GRECC). As a geriatrician and clinical investigator, she focuses on optimizing the care of older adults with multiple chronic conditions.  Her current projects involve improving emergency department care for older people, evaluating behavioral therapy for treatment of common urinary symptoms in persons with Parkinson disease, and testing virtual delivery of evidence-based treatment and prevention strategies for common geriatric conditions such as incontinence and falls.
