Bridget Olson Wright, M.S. is patient, mom, caregiver, healthcare consumer, and volunteer who supports others in navigating the healthcare system, she is always looking for ways to create more patient-centric care. She is passionate about elevating the voice of the patient and user in the design and delivery of health care.
Bridget’s career has been marked by her leadership in healthcare systems, where she spearheaded the creation of patient-first, user-centric designs. At MedStar, she integrated technology into clinical and operational workflows, leading human-centric design in critical care, women’s services, and perioperative care. Her innovative initiatives engaged the voice of the customer, streamlined care delivery, reduced administrative burdens, and improved health outcomes. She has also consulted with Premier, the Military Health System, and other academic medical centers, leveraging technology, data, and sound design to enhance patient and staff experiences and quality of care.
Bridget earned her Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Human Factors from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
