Sarah Miner PhD, RN is a Health Research Monitoring and Evaluation Associate at Abt Global. She has over 20 years’ experience working as a clinical nurse in community-based settings and has expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Her practice and research have focused on care for non-English-speaking populations in community health settings. She has expertise in community and stakeholder engagement, project management, program implementation and development. She currently serves as the Project Director of the HRSA BHW National Health Workforce Training and Technical Assistance Institute (National Workforce Collaborative). The Workforce Collaborative aims to enhance workforce recruitment, training, and retention through improved outreach and communication among key BHW stakeholders. She is also the Project Director of HRSA’s National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Pipeline Readiness Technical Assistance Initiative which delivers virtual technical assistance aimed at preparing NHSC Scholarship Program and Students to Service Loan Repayment Program participants for their work in health professional shortage areas.
