Joshua Vest, M.P.H., is an Associate Professor of Health Policy & Management at the Indiana University Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health in Indianapolis, Indiana and an Affiliated Scientist with the Regenstrief Institute, Inc. A health services researcher, Dr. Vest’s research focuses on the organizational determinants and effectiveness of health information technologies and systems. His research on health information technology and health information exchange has appeared in Health Affairs, Health Services Research, the Millbank Quarterly, the Journal of the American Medical Informatics Association, the International Journal of Medical Informatics, and others.
