Aimee Kroll-Desrosiers, PhD MS, is a health services researcher with a background in epidemiology, biostatistics, and anthropology. She is a Research Health Scientist at the VA Central Western Massachusetts and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Population and Quantitative Health Sciences at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Dr. Kroll-Desrosiers uses mixed-methods to investigate women Veteran’s mental health and VA healthcare utilization during the perinatal period. Her past research has focused on perinatal depression screening, medication use during pregnancy, and exploring perspectives from VA providers on how to best approach mental health care for Veterans during pregnancy and in the postpartum period.
