Amy Strickler, Ph.D., is the Director of the Organizational Performance Department and Social Research and Innovation Center at Pressley Ridge. She is a graduate of Duquesne University’s Counselor Education and Supervision program.  As Director, she manages the organization’s quality improvement process and outcome evaluation system as well as publishes articles and presents at national conferences in order to advance knowledge and best practices in the mental and behavioral health field.  She has over ten years of experience conducting and managing research projects and has published research articles focusing on treatment foster care, residential treatment, and utilizing data in non-profit organizations.

She is a 2018 grantee of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation's Building Trust and Mutual Respect to Improve Health program, managed by AcademyHealth.
