Chenjuan Ma, PhD MSN, is an assistant professor and health services researcher at NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing. Her program of research focuses on understanding how to optimize nursing care and patient outcomes, with a particularly interest in home health care and community-dwelling older adults (e.g., ADRD population). Her research utilized theories and methodologies from various disciplines, including but not limited to nursing, sociology, medicine, and statistics. Dr. Ma also has expertise in utilizing large data and quantitative methods.

Dr. Ma obtained her doctoral degree from the Center for Health Outcomes and Policy Research at University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing. She then completed her post-doctoral fellowship at the National Database of Nursing Quality Indicators at the University of Kansas Medical Center. She holds MSN and BSN from Xi’an Jiaotong University, China.
