Daniel Marthey is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Policy and Management at Texas A&M University. His research examines the impact of health access programs on broader dimensions of social well being with a particular focus on programs aimed at low income and other marginalized populations. He is motivated by research questions and empirical evidence that has the potential to improve health policy. He received his doctorate in Health Services Research and Master of Public Health in Health Policy Analysis and Evaluation from the University of Maryland School of Public Health.
