Division Chief of Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery - University of Alabama at Birmingham

After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Biology, Dr. Dunivan attended the University of New Mexico School of Medicine where she received her M.D. degree. Following medical school, she completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of California, San Diego, and then completed her fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

She recently joined the University of Alabama at Birmingham as the Division Chief of Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery and Vice Chair of Faculty Development and Mentorship.
