Open Source Code for the T-MSIS Analytic Files (TAF)
The Medicaid Data Learning Network (MDLN) released a report on its open source efforts for researchers using T-MSIS Analytic Files (TAF) data.
John McConnell is the Director of the Center for Health Systems Effectiveness (CHSE) at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) and Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at OHSU and the OHSU/Portland State University School of Public Health. He serves as Principal Investigator for two Medicaid Section 1115 Waiver evaluations (one in Oregon and one in Washington) and is currently conducting NIH funded work on Medicaid-related projects that assess mental health networks, financial integration of behavioral health in Medicaid managed care, regional and state variations in access to care, state policies related to home and community-based services and long-term care, and reproductive health services.
