Michael Valenti, Ph.D., is the Senior Research Coordinator of the Organizational Performance Department and Social Research and Innovation Center at Pressley Ridge. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh’s Applied Developmental Psychology program. As Senior Research Coordinator, Michael oversees program evaluation and supports programs’ monitoring of quality improvement metrics. He also designs and leads several research projects and supports practical implementation of clinical indicators. Michael has over a decade of experience in applied research activities and program implementation. Currently, his work is focused on improving the working alliance between stakeholders in multidisciplinary programs, assisting child welfare programs to appropriately leverage performance data, examining school-based collaborations, and implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions.
He is a 2018 grantee of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation's Building Trust and Mutual Respect to Improve Health program, managed by AcademyHealth.
