Tatiana Elisa Bustos, M.S., is a PhD candidate in Community Psychology at Michigan State University. Her research focuses on improving health services for children in underserved communities. She works as a graduate research assistant for Dr. Drahota’s Accessing Community Treatments (ACT): Services and Implementation Research Lab. Tatiana is also a trainee in program evaluation, working with Dr. McNall on an evaluation of the Truth, Racial Healing and Transformation Initiative in Metro Lansing. She also collaborates with the West Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in an ongoing evaluation of the Building Bridges Through Education Initiative. Tatiana aspires to a career in health services research to further advance efforts to address social inequities. She recently joined the Behavioral Health Services Research IG Advisory Committee to collaborate and network with other researchers in the field. She hopes to support AcademyHealth with more graduate student participation and training.
