For more than 25 years, AcademyHealth served as the national program office for the Changes in Health Care Financing and Organization (HCFO) program, an initiative of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
The HCFO program supported investigator-initiated research projects that provided public and private decision makers with usable and timely information on health care policy, financing, and market developments. The program awarded its last grant in May 2015, and all grantees and their publications are available on the HCFO website. AcademyHealth continues to work with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to manage an array of special topic research programs.
