The goal of this project is to generate new, generalizable knowledge about the need to track and address problems with trust/respect in the clinical encounter and to provide a clinical tool for doing so. Specifically, the project will develop and validate a feedback system for providers that measures trust/respect in an economically disadvantaged behavioral health population. Deliverables will include a project work plan, annual and final narrative reports, and financial reports. The grantees will also produce oral presentations, as well as scientific papers for peer-reviewed publications.
