Dr. Quigley is a Health Policy Researcher at RAND. She has interest in end-of-life care including palliative care and hospice care across settings, use and reporting of consumer-reported healthcare measures; evaluations of programs and quality improvement initiatives; patient-centered care and healthcare markets. She holds a Ph.D. in public policy analysis from RAND Graduate School (1996). She is leading a several QI CAHPS studies; one examining strategies used to improve hospice care, another on the impact of shadow coaching on patient experience scores and a third examining nurse-led QI initiatives to improve inpatient pediatric communication and responsiveness to call button.
