Badge Pick-Up Information

Badges are required for all ARM activities. Badges should be worn at all times during the conference but remember to remove your badge before leaving the meeting venue.

Please have your government issued photo ID and or QR code (emailed to you) ready when you arrive at Registration. To collect your badge, access the QR code and scan at the registration kiosk.

Note: Arrive early to pick up your badge and beat the lines.

Best Poster Award Voting

Attendees have the opportunity to vote for this year's Best Poster Award at ARM. View all nominated posters, representing 20 conference themes, during the identified poster sessions (see below). 

Voting will be open during poster sessions A, B, and C, and the winner will be announced prior to poster session D. To vote for Best Poster, click on the ‘Poster Voting’ icon in the mobile app. You may also vote by joining the Slido poll here while voting is open.

Presenting a poster? Store your poster or pick up a poster printed through Levy at the Poster Desk in the exhibit hall during the following hours:

  • Saturday, June 7 from 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. CT
  • Sunday, June 8 from 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. CT
  • Monday, June 9 from 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. CT

Nursing Room

A private room is available for nursing parents in the Minneapolis Convention Center. Visit the registration desk in the Exhibit Hall B Foyer on Level 1 for the location and passcode.
