Badge Pick-Up Information

Badges are required for all ARM activities. Badges should be worn at all times during the conference but remember to remove your badge before leaving the meeting venue.

Please have your government issued photo ID and or QR code (emailed to you) ready when you arrive at Registration. To collect your badge, access the QR code and scan at the registration kiosk.

Note: Arrive early to pick up your badge and beat the lines.

Best Poster Award Voting

Attendees have the opportunity to vote for this year's Best Poster Award at ARM. View all nominated posters, representing each of the 21 conference themes, during the identified poster sessions (see below). Voting will be open during poster sessions A, B, and C, and the winner will be announced prior to poster session D.

Nursing Room

A private room is available for nursing parents in the Charles Street N Show Office in the Baltimore Convention Center. A key can be picked up from the registration desk in the Charles Street Lobby on Level 100 of the Baltimore Convention Center. There is also a fridge available for use at the registration desk.
