The Hilton Minneapolis is centrally located 16 minutes from Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. The hotel is attached to the Minneapolis Convention Center via the Sky Walk.

Rate: $229.00 single/double + 15.025% tax

Reservations by Phone: Call 1-800-445-8667 and identify yourself as an AcademyHealth Annual Research Meeting attendee to get the discounted rate.

Reservations must be made no later than Friday, May 16, 2025. The rate is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The cut-off is a guideline and not a guarantee of availability. Each reservation must be guaranteed with the first night's room and tax, and deposits will be charged immediately. If you wish to cancel, please do so 3 days before arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. Be sure to obtain a cancellation number.

  • AcademyHealth does not have an official housing vendor and never sells contact information for our registrants to third parties. 
  • Any emails or calls claiming to be booking hotel rooms on behalf of AcademyHealth are fraudulent. 
  • All attendees traveling to one of our conferences should book their room or confirm the details of their stay with the conference hotel directly using the link and phone number on the conference hotel and travel page.
