Karissa Fenwick, PhD, MSW, LCSW is an HSR&D Advanced Fellow in Health Services Research at the Center for the Study of Innovation, Implementation and Policy (CSHIIP) in the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. Her current research focuses on improving quality of care to women Veterans through implementation of evidence-based practices, integration of care, and reduction of gender-based harassment at Veterans Affairs healthcare facilities. She has a PhD in social work from the University of Southern California, a Master’s in social work from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and a clinical background in women’s mental health.
