Kimberly Proctor, Ph.D., is technical director for the Data and Systems Group at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. In this role, she leads, manages and applies analytic strategies for assessing, monitoring, and improving the Medicaid and CHIP programs. She leads data collection and analytic efforts, provides technical assistance and consultation regarding research design, statistical analysis, and disseminating information across federal agencies. She received her Ph.D. in political science with an emphasis on American Politics and Research Methodology from the University of New Mexico.
