The 2023 Annual Research Meeting will convene the foremost experts at the intersection of health, health care, and policy to share important findings and showcase the latest research on how the health system works, what it costs, and how to improve it. This will be a vaccine-required event.

ACADEMYHEALTH MEMBER RATE

ORGANIZATIONAL MEMBER RATE
AcademyHealth organizational members receive discounted rates for up to 5 individual registrants for affiliate members, 10 registrants for supporting members, and 15 registrants for contributing members. To register online, select the individual, non-member rate, and apply your organizational member discount code to receive the reduced rate.
DAILY RATE
The daily rate is the cost of admission for only one day of the conference. To inquire about obtaining a daily rate registration, please reach out to registrations@academyhealth.org.
NEW PROFESSIONAL MEMBER RATE
Includes those who have recently graduated from an undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral program within the past 12 months.
FELLOW MEMBER RATE
Eligible fellows include post-doctoral fellows, clinical fellows, and medical residents.
STUDENT MEMBER RATE
Students enrolled full-time at the time of the meeting are eligible for the reduced student rate. Attendees enrolled in fellowship programs do not qualify for the student rate. Individual must be a current student member or join AcademyHealth prior to registering for the ARM to receive this rate.
SPEAKER RATE
All speakers are required to register for ARM at the speaker rate. If a speaker is not a member at the time of registration, he or she will be charged the higher non-member speaker rate that includes individual membership for one year.
Poster presenters are not eligible for the speaker rate and must register for the conference at their appropriate rate. Poster presenters are not required to be AcademyHealth members.

REGISTRATION PAYMENT POLICY

RECEIPTS & CONFIRMATIONS
Detailed receipts can be found in the Purchase History via your AcademyHealth profile, or available upon request. If you would like one, please send a request to registrations@academyhealth.org. Payment receipts will be sent to the email address provided on the registration form.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations for 2023 ARM registration must be received in writing by May 26, 2023 in order to receive a refund, less the $100 processing fee for the main ARM meeting and $50 processing fee for any pre-events, workshops, or adjunct meetings. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after May 26. Registration fees for cancelled registrants may not be applied to future AcademyHealth Meetings.

Registrants who are unable to travel due to COVID-19 may also contact registrations@academyhealth.org to discuss options.
SUBSTITUTIONS
All substitutions will be assessed a $50 processing fee. Substitutions will be accepted only once per registrant and must include written notification from the original registrant and a completed registration form for the substitute participant. If a non-member substitutes for a member, the non-member rate applies. Requests should be sent to registrations@academyhealth.org.
**ATTENDEE LIST SCAM**
We have been notified that scammers may be targeting our meeting attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors, attempting to sell attendee lists. AcademyHealth does not rent or sell email lists to third parties, with some exceptions consistent with accepted practices for most professional societies. See our privacy policy to learn more.
ACADEMYHEALTH CODE OF CONDUCT
AcademyHealth is committed to providing a safe, hospitable and productive environment for everyone attending our meetings and events. We are committed to providing a harassment-free environment for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, or other group identity. As such, AcademyHealth prohibits intimidating, threatening or harassing conduct during or in connection with our meetings and events based on these and any other protected characteristics under applicable federal, state or local law. This includes but is not limited to stalking, intimidation, unwanted or inappropriate contact, unwelcome sexual attention, harassing photography or recording, and sustained disruption of events, as well as encouraging any such behavior by others. This prohibition applies to all participants, including attendees, speakers, staff, exhibitors, and volunteers. If an individual engages in any prohibited behavior as described in this Code, AcademyHealth reserves the right to remove the individual from the meeting or event without warning or refund, prohibit attendance at future AcademyHealth meetings and events, notify the individual’s employer, and/or take other disciplinary action against the individual and his/her employer. Retaliation for reporting prohibited behavior under this Code is considered a violation of this Code, as is reporting an incident in bad faith.
CONDUCT REQUIREMENTS DURING COVID-19
AcademyHealth is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all event participants and staff. In addition to our Code of Conduct, all participants are expected to adhere to and abide by the safety precautions AcademyHealth has implemented to protect against the spread of COVID-19 such as producing proof of vaccination, adherence to health and safety signage, self-monitoring, and self-reporting. As with our Code of Conduct, refusal to adhere to these policies and abide by these precautions may result in immediate removal from an AcademyHealth event and cancellation of the registration, without receiving a refund.
