When Beverly Rogers’ husband was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, she used many of the management skills she acquired as Executive Director of two personal memberships at the American Hospital Association and Director of Chapter Services at Y-ME National Breast Cancer Organization to navigate the healthcare system. During her retirement years, Beverly has been an active member with PCORI on the Patient Engagement Advisory Panel, as an Ambassador and participation on numerous PCORI funded Patient-Centered Engagement Studies. She is currently a board member on PCORI Peer Reviewer Board and a Patient and Advisory Council Member with Hospital Medicine Re-Engineering Network (HOMERuN), UCSF.
