Min-Young Kim is a Ph.D. candidate in Health Policy and Clinical Practice at Dartmouth College. Her research focuses on evaluating the impact of health policies and programs on vulnerable populations with complex care needs. Working with her advisors, Dr. Douglas Staiger and Dr. Anna Tosteson, Min-Young’s current research examines the effects of hospital closures on access and quality of care among older patients diagnosed with cancer. Prior to joining Dartmouth, Min-Young was a Health Researcher at Mathematica evaluating Medicare alternative payment models and Medicaid long-term services and supports. She received her MPH from the Yale School of Public Health and her BA in Health and Societies from the University of Pennsylvania.
