Lisa Green, Ph.D., is Co-founder and Principal of L&M Policy Research, and has spent the past two decades conducting health services research on health care access, quality, costs and consumer experiences under federal health care programs. She has a particular interest in how these programs impact vulnerable communities and the role of health care reform in reducing long-standing health and health care disparities. Recent work spans mixed-methods evaluations of alternative payment and care delivery models, including the Pioneer, Advanced Pay and AIM ACO models, Medicare Advantage Quality Bonus Payment demonstration and home health and nursing home value based purchasing models. Dr. Green holds a Ph.D. in Health Services and Outcomes Research from the John Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health.
