Dr. Hayley Germack is an assistant professor of Acute & Tertiary Care at the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing. She is a health services and policy researcher whose main research interests are nursing workforce, rural health, and behavioral health. She is the Communications Liaison for the AcademyHealth Interdisciplinary Research Group on Nursing Issues (IRGNI) and has been a member of AcademyHealth since 2012.
