Jennylee Swallow is a Health Infrastructures and Learning Systems Ph.D. candidate at the University of Michigan. Her research interest is developing and utilizing patient data registries to improve health outcomes. In addition, she has a research focus on the collection and standardization of social determinants of health data as a method to improve health equity. She works with her advisor, Rachel Richesson, Ph.D., and Sarah Reeves, Ph.D., to understand best practices for implementing rare disease patient registries while emphasizing the importance of health equity.
