Caitlin Otter was a Research Assistant at AcademyHealth, where she supported the Evidence-Informed State Health Policy Institute (ESHPI) to increase the use of relevant, timely, and translatable evidence in state health policymaking until December 2022. She worked with members of ESHPI’s networks on several Medicaid-focused projects, including the CDC Foundation-funded STI Testing among Medicaid Patients project and the PCORI-funded Project ACCELERATE. Previously, she worked as a Consultant for Women Donors Network in San Francisco. She graduated from Bryn Mawr College in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology, and is pursuing a Master's in Public Health at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
