The State-University Partnership Learning Network (SUPLN) is an ongoing collaboration that works to facilitate peer-to-peer learning and dialogue among state-university partnerships through various ways including hosting meetings and bi-monthly web conferences with the goal of improving the cost and quality of care of the Medicaid program.

It undertakes activities that enable research producers to better understand the needs of research users, helps place research in context, and serves as an incubator for new and innovative approaches to moving knowledge into action.

AcademyHealth supports the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s (RWJF) Understanding and Supporting Anchor Businesses to Build a Culture of Health program, which announced five new grants in late 2019. This research will inform RWJF's exploration into the ways that for-profit companies can serve as anchor institutions in their communities to spur greater business action to achieve a Culture of Health in all communities.
