Project ACCELERATE (Advancing Care Coordination through Evidence; Leveraging Existing Relationships Around Transforming PracticE)
With a Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute Eugene Washington Engagement Award, the Evidence-Informed State Health Policy Institute will bring together stakeholders to distill the latest PCORI-supported findings and identify strategies for dissemination to improve care coordination for children with special health care needs.
Defining Patient-Centered Metrics for Low Value Care
Phase I: Establishing Priorities
Building Trust and Mutual Respect to Improve Health Care
AcademyHealth manages the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s Building Trust and Mutual Respect to Improve Health Care program, which awarded eight research studies in 2018 to examine how to build trust and mutual respect to meet vulnerable patients’ health care needs.
Participant-Driven Research Community (PDRC) Learning Network (LN)
In partnership with NORC at the University of Chicago (NORC), AcademyHealth supports this PCORI-funded project to build the capacity and foster the sustainability of patient and/or community-led organizations whose primary purpose is to enable research that is a priority to their communities.
Improving the Care Experience: A Collaborative Consensus Project
With funding from a Eugene Washington PCORI Engagement Award, AcademyHealth and a group of diverse stakeholders are identifying evidence gaps related to person-generated data; setting priorities for future studies; and providing insights into personal technology preferences that can inform the development of future consumer-facing tools.
